Using the Console
The Web Console hooks you straight up to your server instance in real-time, giving you a secure terminal to view live logs and fire off commands.
Viewing Logs & Telemetry
The second your server boots, the console starts streaming its output. This is crucial for watching the startup sequence, checking that plugins load correctly, and spotting errors before they spoil the fun.
- If the terminal shows as Offline, double-check your server is marked as Active and Running back on the main dashboard.
Sending Commands
You can run commands directly using the input box at the bottom of the console page.
- Slash Prefix: Depending on the game you're hosting, some commands need a slash (
/) prefix, while others won't work with it. - Example: In Minecraft, typing
op PlayerNameworks perfectly, whereas other games or specific plugins might insist on/op PlayerName. Always check the game's documentation if a command fails.
Debug Mode
If your server is crashing repeatedly or refuses to boot, it's time to turn on Debug Mode.
- Click Enable Debug in the console layout.
- Note: You must Restart the console or server after toggling this on to get the verbose telemetry logs flowing. This outputs extra details to help you (or our support team) diagnose tricky errors.
