AI Diagnostics is your ultimate troubleshooting partner. It scans server crash logs and configurations, strips away sensitive info (like passwords and IPs) for security, and delivers clear, actionable recommendations in a flash.

Running AI Diagnostics

If your server crashes, stops, or starts throwing weird errors, you can trigger an AI analysis directly from the console interface.

• Jump into your server Console.
• If the session closes or the server stops, hit AI Diagnostics on the "Console Session Closed" screen.
• Confirm the request to run the checks.
• The AI will analyse the logs and pop up a summary report.

Reading the Report

The diagnostics report is laid out to get you back into the game as fast as possible:

• Issue Summary: A human-friendly explanation of what caused the crash or warning.
• Recommended Actions: Step-by-step instructions to fix the error (e.g., allocating more RAM, removing a conflicting mod).
• Technical Context: Crucial lines highlighted from the raw log files for the advanced users.

Accessing Diagnostic Logs

All previous AI diagnostic reports are saved automatically as logs in your system.

• Head over to the Logs tab in your control panel.
• Look for diagnostic files (saved as Markdown) to check out previous troubleshooting sessions whenever you need to.
