Platform Overview

Welcome to Ray Hosting! We've built this platform to give you absolute control over your game servers, packing beefy enterprise hardware into a sleek, no-nonsense dashboard.

The Client Dashboard

The second you log in, you'll land on your main Dashboard. This is your command centre to:

Keep track of all your active, pending, or expired servers.
Keep an eye on live Performance Monitors (CPU Load, CPU Threads, Player Activity, Storage, Uptime).
Sort out your Billing & Invoices, tweak Account Settings, and inspect Security Logs.

The Server Control Panel

Clicking on a server fires up its dedicated Control Panel. This is your personal cockpit, loaded with specialized tabs:

1. Server Dashboard

The main hub for your server. Get a quick health check and connection details in a flash:

Performance Monitor: Live tracker for CPU Load, CPU Threads, Player Activity, and Uptime.
Connection Info: Grab your server's IP address and Port so you and your mates can join.
Quick Status: See if your server is Active, Pending, or in Recovery mode.
Version Tracking: Compare your Current Version against the Available Version (Remote Build) to see if you need to fetch the latest update.
Quick Actions: Modify Subdomains, manage server permissions, or hit the Reset Everything button if things get messy.

2. Built-in Tools

Console: Watch live logs scroll by and send commands straight to your server. Toggle Debug mode if you need to hunt down nasty bugs.
File Manager: A fully-featured web file manager with FTP/SFTP support, Unzip capabilities, and Steam Workshop mod management built right in.
Mods & Plugins: Direct integration with CurseForge and Hangar to search and install game tweaks in a single click.
Backups (Snapshots): Set up automated file snapshots and export MySQL Database Dumps so you never lose progress.
Database: Manage your PhpMyAdmin & MySQL database credentials.
Settings & Extras: Manage server access (Managers), swap games on the fly with Game Switching, hook up Alert integrations (Discord, Slack, etc.), and fine-tune your DDoS mitigation.

Storage & Quotas

To keep our nodes running smoothly for everyone, we keep an eye on disk space. If you go over your plan's storage limit:

You'll get up to 3 warnings via email and your panel.
If you're still in the red after the 3rd warning, your server will be automatically suspended (taken offline) until you free up some space or upgrade your plan.
Critical Overflow: If you blow past your limit by more than 1GB, we might suspend the server immediately to protect the host node's IOPS and keep everyone else lag-free.
