Introduction

Welcome to Ray Hosting ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ray Infra LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and game server rentals. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Services

We provide game server rentals on a subscription basis. Customers select the number of player slots and optional resource upgrades. Servers are deployed automatically within minutes. Key features include:

Full game server access equipped with complete secure SFTP rights.
Advanced control panel with live performance monitors, consoles, RCON, and mod installation utilities.
Dedicated MySQL database spaces with integrated phpMyAdmin interfaces.
Automated backup systems preserving 10 file archives and 4 separate MySQL snapshots.
Integrated DDoS scrubbing filters and dedicated subdomains.
Collaboration options including notification integrations (Discord/Slack) and multi-user privilege management.

Account Eligibility & Use

Age Limit: You must be at least 16 years old to rent or configure services.
Account Responsibility: Accounts are personal, but you remain responsible for actions taken by sub-managers you invite.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use Ray Hosting servers for:
- Gambling, adult content, or hosting illegal materials.
- Unauthorized software duplication (piracy) or license bypasses.
- Malware deployments, network stress-testing, port scans, or DDoS execution.

Payments & Billing

Processing: Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. We support credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets.
Cycles: Billings are charged recurringly on 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or annual schedules.
Trials, Payments & Credits:
Free Trials & Refund Exclusions
- • We offer a 24-hour free trial to evaluate connection quality, hardware speed, and control tools.
- • This trial serves as the **sole evaluation period** for users to test if services meet expectations.
- • All paid billing operations are non-refundable once executed, due to resources instantly reserved at the hypervisor level.
- • Subscriptions modified or upgraded are considered binding commitments.
- • Compensation for service anomalies or errors is issued strictly as **account credits** and is non-withdrawable.
- • Downgrades and plan alterations result in **account credits only**.
- • No additional taxes or VAT are charged at checkout.
Trial Rules:
- • Trials may run with restricted resources or configurations compared to standard configurations.
- • Automated snapshot restores or manual server migration transfers may be locked during trial phases.
- • System exploits, resource abuse, or benchmarking trials results in immediate termination of the trial.

Service Availability

We aim for a high service uptime average of 99%.

Uptime ratios are informational; no financial compensation or credits are provided for downtime occurrences.
Maintenance windows that require server suspension are scheduled and broadcasted in advance via email.
Ray Hosting does not guarantee that service runs uninterrupted, completely bug-free, or without packet loss.

Data & Privacy

Information we store is governed by GDPR and detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Secure payment parameters are handled exclusively by Stripe; Ray Hosting does not hold card numbers.
Data removal requests are honored unless transaction records are required for legal accounting audits.

Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for:

Failure to clear outstanding invoice balances after runtime expiration.
Exploiting system hypervisors, exceeding safe resource constraints, or conducting network abuse.
Violations of the prohibited activities clause.

Terminated server files and databases are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All platform infrastructure designs, control systems, and software belong to Ray Infra LLC (Ray Hosting).

Trademark Disclaimer

Ray Hosting is an independent server infrastructure host. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Valve Corporation, Mojang AB, Rockstar Games, Bohemia Interactive, TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, or any of their respective trademark holders. All trademarks, registered trademarks, game titles, and brand logos referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers & Liability

Liability Limitation Clause

While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability, services are provided on a "best-effort", “as is”, and “as available” basis. Ray Infra LLC is not liable for data loss, third-party exploits, or financial damages resulting from service interruptions. Our maximum liability for any dispute is capped at the total amount you paid for the specific service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Data Loss: You are responsible for maintaining secondary file backups. Ray Hosting is not liable for backup corruption.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for outages caused by upstream provider failures, natural disasters, or utility cutoffs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be addressed through informal mediation. If unresolved, disputes must be settled in the competent courts of Delaware, USA. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ray Hosting services after changes are published constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

Neutral Infrastructure & Licensing Liability

Neutral Infrastructure Model: Ray Hosting operates solely as an unmanaged infrastructure host providing server hardware, networking, and hypervisor resources. We do not license, resell, or distribute commercial third-party game server software or proprietary voice servers.
User Licensing & Tokens: The end user is solely responsible for acquiring, configuring, and maintaining any required third-party software licenses, game tokens (e.g., Steam GSLT), or commercial authorization keys necessary to operate their server environment.
EULA Compliance & Indemnification: The end user assumes all liability and responsibility for complying with applicable End User License Agreements (EULAs), Terms of Service, and software licenses of third-party game publishers or software vendors. Ray Hosting assumes no liability for user violations of third-party EULAs.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

Ray Infra LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent EU directives, we will respond expeditiously to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Reporting Infringement: If you believe content hosted on our infrastructure infringes your copyright, please send a formal takedown notice to [email protected].
Notice Requirements: Your notice must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material (with IP/URL), and a statement of good faith.
Repeat Infringers: We maintain a strict policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
