Welcome to Koding.pro ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Koding.pro LLC, registered in Kosovo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and game server rentals. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

We provide game server rentals on a subscription basis. Customers select the number of player slots and optional resource upgrades. Servers are deployed automatically within minutes. Features include:

• Full game server access with full SFTP rights.
• Control panel with live stats, console, RCON, and mod support.
• MySQL database support with phpMyAdmin.
• Automatic backups (10 file backups, 4 MySQL backups).
• DDoS protection & Free subdomain.
• Alert integrations (Discord, Slack, etc.) & Multi-user management.
• 2FA security & Login history.

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years.
• Accounts are personal but allow shared server management.
• You must not use our services for:
  • Gambling or NSFW/adult content.
  • Illegal content or pirated software.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or malicious activities.

• Accepted methods: Cards, PayPal, Wallets (Processed securely via Stripe).
• Billing cycles: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, or yearly (Auto-renewing).
• Trials, Payments & Credits:
  • • We offer a 24-hour free trial to evaluate our services.
  • • The free trial is the sole evaluation period for service quality and performance.
  • • All paid services are non-refundable due to the nature of infrastructure and resource provisioning.
  • • Once a service is upgraded from a trial or paid for, it is considered a binding commitment.
  • • In exceptional cases (billing errors or service faults), compensation may be issued as account credit, not a refund.
  • • Downgrades or plan changes always result in account credit only.
  • • No taxes/VAT are charged.
• Trial Limitations:
  • • Trial services may have limited resources, features, or configuration options.
  • • Resource scaling, add-ons, snapshots, or paid features may be restricted during trials.
  • • Abuse of the trial system, including benchmarking or stress testing, may result in immediate suspension.

• We store: Name, email, and login history.
• Payment details are stored only by Stripe.
• We comply with GDPR. Data is removed upon request.
• Minimal account history retained for security/legal compliance.

• All rights to our platform remain with Koding.pro LLC.
• Users retain ownership of content they upload.
• No unauthorized use of our trademarks suggesting official endorsement.

• Services provided “as is” and “as available”.
• Not liable for data loss, third-party actions, or game updates.
• Liability limited to amount paid in the last 3 months.
• Force majeure: Not responsible for events beyond reasonable control.
