Platform Overview

Welcome to Ray Hosting! Our platform is designed to give you complete control over your game servers, blending advanced infrastructure with an easy-to-use interface.

The Client Dashboard

When you log in, you arrive at your main Dashboard. Here you can:

• View all your active, pending, or expired servers.
• Check live Performance Monitors (CPU Load, CPU Threads, Player Activity, Storage, Uptime).
• Access your Billing & Invoices, Account Settings, and Security Logs.

The Server Control Panel

Selecting a specific server opens its dedicated Control Panel. This is your command center, featuring several specialized sections:

1. Server Dashboard

The Dashboard is your server's home page. It provides an immediate snapshot of your server's health and connectivity:

• Performance Monitor: Live tracking of CPU Load, CPU Threads, Player Activity, and Uptime.
• Connection Info: Quickly find your server's IP address and Port.
• Quick Status: See if your server is Active, Pending, or in Recovery mode.
• Version Tracking: View your Current Version versus the Available Version (Remote Build) to see if an update is required.
• Quick Actions: Access Subdomain editing, Manager access, and the Reset Everything tool.

2. Specialized Tools

• Console: View live telemetry and execute commands directly on the server instance. Debug mode is also available for deep troubleshooting.
• File Manager: A full web-based file explorer with FTP/SFTP support, Unzip capabilities, and integrated Steam Workshop Mod management.
• Mods & Plugins: Direct integration with CurseForge and Hangar to search and install extensions instantly.
• Backups (Snapshots): Manage automated Server Files Snapshots and MySQL Database Dumps.
• Database: Manage your PhpMyAdmin & MySQL credentials.
• Settings & Extras: Manage server access (Managers), configure Game Switching, set up Alert integrations (Discord, Slack, etc.), and adjust DDoS Mitigation strategies.

Storage & Quotas

To ensure platform stability, we monitor disk usage. If you exceed your plan's storage:

1. You will receive up to 3 warnings via email and the panel.
2. If the limit is still exceeded after the 3rd warning, your server will be automatically suspended (Offline) until space is cleared or your plan is upgraded.
3. Critical Overflow: If storage usage exceeds a critical threshold (1GB over limit), the server may be suspended immediately to protect the host node's IOPS.
