Server settings are found in the `VRisingServer_Data/StreamingAssets/Settings/` folder. Use `ServerHostSettings.json` for infrastructure and `ServerGameSettings.json` for gameplay rules, which can be easily edited via our web file manager.
V Rising writes settings to the JSON files upon shutdown, overwriting live edits. Always stop the server from the Ray Hosting live console before modifying config files. Our platform makes restarting nodes instant (10-30 seconds).
Add your SteamID64 to the `adminlist.txt` file using our web file manager. Once in-game, open the console and type `adminauth`. You can also manage your actual Ray Hosting dashboard access with our Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
